The surveying business was started by our father, Rudolph “Rudy” D. Snyder as a sole proprietorship back in the early 1960’s.  Over the years he accumulated volumes of historical information related to local land development.

The office has an extensive file of surveys performed all over Schoharie County.  In addition are many surveys located in Albany County, Schenectady County, Montgomery County, Greene County and Delaware County.

James B. Snyder, L.S. and Elizabeth S. DuPont, L.S. continue to provide the same thorough and conscientious services that Rudy delivered under the business name of Rudolph D. Snyder, L.S., P.C.  Jim and Betsy have been actively involved for over 30 years in the family business.
